What You’ll Do

  • Convert warm leads into strong, lasting client partnerships
  • Learn the complete business development cycle — from outreach to closing deals
  • Collaborate closely with experienced recruiters to identify client needs and craft tailored hiring solutions
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and CRM/ATS platforms to improve efficiency and results

Who We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 1+ year of experience in sales development, business development, or recruiting, supporting account managers or executives

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary: $43,000 – $50,000 with regular raises and commission opportunities after training
