The SVP PM Practice Lead is a new position within the Publicis Groupe Creative Pillar. The PM Practice Lead will partner with Publicis Creative agencies including BBH, Fallon, Leo NY, Leo Chicago, The Community, Le Pub, Saatchi NY, to name a few! The SVP, Project Management Practice Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for driving project management excellence, operational standards, and scalable processes across the pillar. This role serves as the expert in project management and client operations, ensuring best-practice adoption, consistency, quality, and accountability across agency Project Management leadership. Through strong partnerships, this role accelerates operational excellence, embeds sustainable change, and promotes a mindset of automation and continuous improvement. The SVP, Project Management Pillar Lead enables teams to work efficiently and effectively in an increasingly Al-augmented environment Responsibilities Governance & Standards: Define, guide, and enforce pillar-level project management frameworks, methodologies, and resource planning standards. Ensure consistency, reduce duplicative tasks, and strengthen accountability across all businesses. Process Excellence: Establish and optimize end-to-end PM processes, promoting clarity, predictability, and alignment. Drive operational discipline and continuously refine workflows to maximize efficiency. Change Enablement: Support adoption of new tools, automation, and process enhancements that improve delivery quality and team effectiveness. Promote a strong automation mindset within project management practices. Al Familiarity: Maintain working knowledge of Al-related capabilities and evolving tools to help teams operate effectively in an Al-augmented landscape. Workfront Expertise: Apply working knowledge of the Workfront system to strengthen resource planning, workflow management, and reporting accuracy across teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and agency teams by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and enabling smooth implementation of process standards. Community Leadership: Define role clarity, career paths, and capability development for project management professionals. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
