At Print Prime, we take pride in delivering high-quality merchandise printing, corporate gifting, and custom printing products. Each order is crafted with precision and care, as per your approved design and specifications.
Since our products are mostly custom-made, our return and refund terms are as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product is defective or has a printing/manufacturing fault.
- Product specifications do not match the final approved design.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Slight color variations due to printing processes (industry-standard tolerance applies).
- Incorrect details or artwork provided by the customer.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
- All return or refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us the following details via orders@printprime.in or WhatsApp:
- Order number & date.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Description of the issue.
3. Return Process
- Our team will verify the claim and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, or freebies received.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by Print Prime only if the error is from our side; otherwise, the customer will bear the cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- In case of partial returns, the refund will be made only for the returned items.
- For corporate/bulk orders, refunds will be adjusted against future orders wherever applicable.
5. Replacement Policy
- In most eligible cases, replacement will be offered instead of a refund.
- Replacement orders will be processed on priority at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before design approval and payment.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our work.
7. Exceptions
- Personalized products (with names, logos, or unique designs) are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Policy Updates
Print Prime reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
