Shipping Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Print Prime. These Shipping Terms & Conditions outline how we handle the processing, packaging, and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed only after full payment and final design approval from the client.
- Standard processing time is 5–10 business days for most products, depending on quantity, customization, and complexity.
- Large or bulk corporate orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Partners
- We ship orders via reputed courier services (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) or through our in-house delivery team where applicable.
- Delivery timelines vary based on the destination:
- Local Deliveries (within city limits): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote/Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping is available only upon prior request and is subject to additional charges and customs regulations.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, delivery location, and service type.
- Any additional taxes, duties, or customs charges for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can monitor its progress.
- Print Prime is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must ensure that shipping address and contact details are accurate. Incorrect details may lead to delays or non-delivery.
- Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
- In case of incorrect or defective products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof.
- Non-Delivery & Return to Sender
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or non-response, the order may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
- Liability
- Print Prime’s responsibility for the order ends once it is handed over to the courier company.
- Any delay, damage, or loss during transit is subject to the courier company’s terms and policies, though we will assist in resolving such issues.
- Urgent / Express Orders
- Express processing and delivery may be available on select products at an additional charge.
- Please confirm availability and cost with our sales team before placing the order.
- Changes to Shipping Policy
- Print Prime reserves the right to modify these Shipping Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updates will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated directly to customers.
